East Rockaway UFSD extends heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding students recognized at this year’s Academic Awards Night at East Rockaway Junior-Senior High School. Hosted by Director of Guidance Mr. John Madden, with the support of the dedicated academic counseling team, the event celebrated the achievements, dedication and hard work of students in grades 7 through 12 across a wide array of disciplines.

Held in the school auditorium, the evening featured heartfelt remarks and individual department presentations. Each department chair took the stage to honor students who demonstrated exceptional performance in their subject area over the past academic year. From core academics to the arts, technology and leadership, the ceremony was a proud showcase of the school community’s talent and drive.

Special awards were also presented by local, state and national organizations, recognizing students for leadership, service and academic excellence.
