Registration Information
Elementary and High School Students
School age children who move into the district need to be registered as soon as possible. For children who will be entering Kindergarten in the fall, please call the Registration Office directly. If you prefer to have a registration packet mailed to you, or if you would like to come in to pick up a packet please contact the Registration office:

When you have all the necessary papers completed and the necessary original documents, please call the Registration Office to arrange an appointment to review your documentation. YOU MUST BRING YOUR CHILD(REN) WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION.
1. Proof of Residency:

Renter/Non Owner Affidavit (Form B) and a copy of your lease,
RENTER OR OWNER WITH RELATIVESOR FRIEND LIVING WITH OR RENTING FROM YOU: BOTH must provide:
The owner MUST complete Owner/Lessor Affidavit (Form A) and provide one of the following: copy of the deed, current mortgage statement or current tax receipt.
2. Registration Packet
3. Certificate of immunization in English, signed and stamped by a physician or health facility.
4. Student’s ORIGINAL birth certificate or passport.
5. Student’s most current report card or most current official transcript.
6. A VALID photo ID of the parent, guardian or custodian.
7. If necessary, Custodial, Guardian, or Foster Parent papers and/or affidavits. (Forms C and Form D)

After registering all children at the Registration Office you will be given additional forms to complete and you will be given information about contacting the individual schools that your children will attend.
