Senior write-ups final copy is due.
Please submit, (email) no later than 2:00pm, Sunday, December 4th to ERHSYearbook@optonline.net All changes will be made without your notification. All revisions of the November 13th submission are also due.
How to submit your SENIOR WRITE-UP
Input your entire write up in an email and enter your
first and last name in the subject of the email. Do not submit the write up as an attachment.
- Type in the categories and your write up using Times font, size 12, color black. No bold, italic, or underlined items.
- Alignment is to the left.
- All copy needs to be written out and must make full use of the English language.
- Abbreviations, initials, symbols and numbers will not be accepted. Team numbers and years are acceptable.
- Alternating sizes of letters cannot be submitted. All caps cannot be used.
- Spaces must be used in between each word. A comma and a space separate each memory.
- Do not hit return at the end of each line. Please allow text wrap to do this.
- Any material that makes reference to, or can be misconstrued as, drugs, alcohol, sex, discriminatory or prejudicial remarks, or insults to another person will be deleted.
- Each write up is allowed 220 words including category names and your name.
- Please double check word count using Microsoft Word.
- Send your write up via email to erhsyearbook@optonline.net
- Please be sure to include your name (first and last) in the subject of the email just as you would like it written in the yearbook. Emails that do not have your name in the subject line will not be opened.
- Please email only ONE copy of write-up to ensure proper selection.
- You will not be able to email from school.
Please submit via email no later than 2:00pm Sunday, December 4th to ERHSyearbook@optonline.net. ANY EMAIL RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 4TH AT 2PM, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
