The purpose of the school based site based management team is to improve the educational performance and conditions for all students. It is built on the compromise and agreement of the team including the building administrator, three teachers, three parents, and one non instructional staff member. The team formally meets monthly to report on the progress and deliberations of the action team meetings held that month.
