Present: Members of the Board of Education: Linda Schmidt, Neil Schloth, Michaelene Abbott-Cooper; Patti Nicoletti, and Superintendent, Dr. Roseanne Melucci

1. The meeting was called to order by Linda Schmidt at 8:25 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Michaelene Abbott-Cooper.

Upon motion by Michaelene Abbott-Cooper, seconded by Neil Schloth the following item #1 was unanimously approved:

1. Approve the appointment of Lynn Almeleh (IHO Identifier 54) to serve as the Impartial Hearing Officer for Student ID No. 180006572, Case No. 59384, effective October 7, 2010.

7. Upon motion by Patti Nicoletti, seconded by Michaelene Abbott-Cooper and unanimously passed the meeting was adjourned at 8:27 pm.
