MINUTES

Present: Members of the Board of Education: Marie Girace, Vicki Alspector, Neil Schloth, Linda Schmidt, Michaelene Abbott-Cooper; Superintendent, Dr. Roseanne Melucci

1. The meeting was called to order by Marie Girace at 6:20 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Neil Schloth.

Upon motion by Vicki Alspector, seconded by Neil Schloth, the following item #1 was

unanimously approved:

1. Authorize the District Clerk to cast one ballot for one Roy Lester to fill a vacancy on the Nassau Board of Cooperative Educational Services.

4. Upon motion by Marie Girace, seconded by Linda Schmidt and unanimously approved, the

meeting was adjourned at 6:24 pm.
