a. Deputy District Clerk

c. Records Management Officer

2. Effective November 11, 2009, authorize Fred Smith, in his capacity as the Part-time Assistant Business Manager, to:

a. Serve as the school district purchasing agent

b. Sign contracts with the lowest responsible bidders for transportation services and other commodities and services as appropriate

c. Sign checks
